We build custom homes, whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, additions and outdoor living spaces with line-item estimates, written change orders, a single point of contact and planning for Southeast Texas conditions: expansive clay soils, heavy rain, hurricane winds, flood zones, HOA reviews and long, hot summers.

## Values

- **Craftsmanship**: Every reveal, seam and joint is held to the standard we would want in our own homes.
- **Transparency**: Line-item budgets, written change orders and honest timelines — no surprises.
- **Communication**: One point of contact, scheduled site walkthroughs and quick answers.
- **Integrity**: Permits pulled, inspections passed and commitments kept, every time.

## Team

- **Founder & General Contractor**: Leads every project from first consultation to final walkthrough and sets the quality standard for the company.
- **Project Management**: Builds the schedule, coordinates trades and inspections and keeps you updated at every milestone.
- **Design & Selections**: Guides finishes, lighting and layouts so your selections are priced and ordered on time.
- **Trade Partners**: A vetted network of state-licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC pros, plus skilled stone, tile and millwork craftsmen.
