## What affects projects in New Waverly

### Choose the right permitting path for your New Waverly home

A New Waverly mailing address does not determine which office reviews a custom home. Walker County’s permit application directs properties inside New Waverly city limits to the city. For land outside city limits, confirm county development, floodplain and on-site sewage requirements for the actual parcel. Bring a survey, deed and proposed floor plan when discussing your project. As your builder for custom homes, we coordinate the site review with design and pricing; luxury selections come after the lot’s constraints are understood. We serve this community from Willis and do not claim a separate New Waverly office or completed project shown in our design renderings.
