On-site sewage facility (septic) design and permitting through Montgomery County is planned before the house footprint is finalized. ### Tree preservation Mature pines and hardwoods are a big part of Willis’ appeal. We plan clearing, drainage and foundation placement to protect the trees you want to keep. ### Ventilation that matches pro ranges High-BTU gas ranges need properly sized hoods and, in many cases, make-up air. We size ventilation to the appliance so your kitchen stays clean and code-compliant. ### Choosing stone for Texas humidity Natural stones differ in porosity. We help you compare quartzite, marble and engineered surfaces for staining, etching and maintenance before you commit. ## Neighborhoods served in and around Willis - Lake Conroe east shore - FM 1097 corridor - FM 830 acreage - Downtown Willis ## Frequently asked questions ### Do you offer kitchen remodeling in Willis, TX? Our office is at 12567 St. Ann Ct, Willis, TX 77318. Willis is our home base, so we can visit local properties quickly and manage every project in person. ### How long does a luxury kitchen remodel take? Construction usually takes about 8 to 14 weeks once cabinetry, stone and appliances are selected and ordered. Projects that move walls or relocate plumbing and gas lines take longer. Ordering long-lead items before demolition keeps your kitchen out of service for the shortest possible time. ### What countertop is best for a Texas kitchen? Quartzite is a popular luxury choice because it is hard and heat-resistant with the look of marble. True marble is beautiful but etches with acids, while engineered quartz offers consistent patterns and low maintenance. We bring samples and explain the trade-offs for your cooking style. ## Related - [Willis service area](https://dreamhousetexas.com/service-areas/willis.md) - [Kitchen Remodeling overview](https://dreamhousetexas.com/services/kitchen-remodeling.md)
