Privacy Policy

What information do we collect?

We only collect what you choose to send us. Our estimate and contact forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, the service you need, and the city of your project. You may also add a budget range, a timeline, a message and up to five photos or PDF files.

The forms also record the type of form and the page you sent it from. A hidden field helps us block spam bots. We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive data on this website.

How do we use your information?

We use your details to answer your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a visit and talk with you about your project. Each form is saved in our secure database and sent by email to our team so we can reply quickly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where is your information stored?

Form details are kept in a database run by our website host. Files you attach are stored in private cloud storage. They are not public, and only our team can open them through a short-lived secure link. All pages and forms use encrypted HTTPS connections.

We keep project requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Do we use cookies or tracking?

Public pages do not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Our host measures basic page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. A secure login cookie is set only for our own staff when they sign in to the admin area.

Our contact page shows a Google map, and our footer links to our Facebook page. Those services follow their own privacy policies when you use them.

Who do we share information with?

We share your details only with the service providers that run this website, store its data and deliver its email. We may also share them when the law requires it. If you hire us, we may share the project details our trade partners need to do the work.

What choices do you have?

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Call 253-332-4577 or email contact.dreamhousellc@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

This website is meant for adults planning a home project. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How will we tell you about changes?

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Please also read our Terms of Service. Questions can be sent to Dream House Services LLC, 12567 St. Ann Ct, Willis, TX 77318.
