Is a free estimate a contract?
No. Sending a form asks us to contact you. It does not create a contract. Prices, scope and schedules are set only in a written agreement signed by you and by us after we review your project.
Costs, timelines and building rules on this site are general guides. Your real project may differ because of your site, design, materials and local permits.
Are the portfolio images real projects?
Images on this site are design renderings created for Dream House Services LLC. They show styles and finishes we offer. They are not photos of specific client homes. See our portfolio for details.
How may you use our content?
Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use. Please do not copy or resell our content without written consent.
What do you agree not to do?
